A quality assurance director brought me into the team to help them spend less time on meaningless work, prioritize better, and learn adaptive strategy.
We held a 2-day strategy off-site in early December. In this session, we wanted to get a clear strategy for the next year.
To do that, I partnered with the Director to co-design an agenda flow to understand the landscape of the business, reflect to surface team-specific tensions, dream the ideal year future, ground into what needs to happen Q1, bet on what we need to let go (trade-offs), and draft team working agreements for a new operating system.
All during this we physically moved around the room managing our energy. We had spacious time to internally untangle stuck stress in our body through various breathwork exercises. We experimented and re-programed our team communication patterns through games and practices.
Following the 2-day offsite, I began facilitating their weekly meetings to shift towards action and away from endless updates. I had a coaching rhythm with multiple team leads. We began monthly team retrospective reflections. And we prepared for their Q2 strategy session in March.

We can meet on zoom or in-person. This is good for beginners or seasoned practitioners.
We’ll briefly go over the fundamentals of the breath practice, have a short coaching discussion on your needs, facilitate a 40-60 minute breathing practice, and then have a coaching debrief.
You will walk away with immense clarity, decrease stress, and motivation to pursue what you want in life.

60-90 min workshops for leaders and their teams
Have a team that could be working better towards goals? Things are going okay but you feel like there could be better alignment towards a shared purpose? You’ve tried traditional agile business processes and just don’t know what to do?
This session will massively disrupt out-of-date team patterns holding everyone back. We will co-create a customized design together.
Most clients will start with doing a group somatic breathwork practice for 15-40 minutes (depending upon group commitment). Then we will head into a team retrospective reflection to surface the tensions holding us back and generate ways moving forward.
You’ll learn about how to weave in breathwork and mindfulness to enhance creative, communication, and collaboration along the way.
