I have spent over a decade researching and teaching how the quality of the mind impacts our well-being and performance.

In that time, I have:

  • Received a PhD in Positive Psychology

  • Taught cops how to meditate

  • Facilitated team off-site retreats across industries

  • Spoken keynotes at conferences

  • Attended silent meditation retreats around the world

  • Gave the commencement keynote at a graduation ceremony

  • Hosted weekly breathwork and cold plunge gatherings

  • Performed improv comedy in clubs around Los Angeles

  • Officiated multiple weddings for close friends and family
