OUT OF OFFICE

How I spend my days…

I am devoted to being completely present in all that I do. I enjoy finding balance between play and discipline; silliness and seriousness.

I grew up playing music and sports. I spent the daytime playing baseball, basketball, and tennis. Then I would come home and play guitar and piano.

Into adolescence, my older brother convinced me to spend my minimal savings to co-purchase a pottery wheel. Throughout grade school and college my room was cluttered with mugs, bowls, and teapots.

Today, I find as many different ways to express myself through movement and music. Usually this involves yoga, any sports people are willing to play, and creating original songs.

I was in an improv comedy group for 8+ years and trained as a professional clown for a few years. I still perform improv comedy ever so often and still find it the ultimate presence challenge to be on stage.

On the weekends, you’ll find me biking around the beach with my partner Nicole, jumping into nature’s natural cold plunge (the ocean), and spending the evenings with our two dogs, Coopie and Blue.
